Creamy Layered Banana Pudding Delight

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 box (12 oz) vanilla wafers
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

1 . In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until well combined. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
2 . Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then fold in the vanilla extract.
3 . In a separate large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4 . Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and smooth.
5 . Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
6 . In a trifle dish or large bowl, layer the bottom with vanilla wafers, then add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a layer of the pudding mixture.
7 . Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding.
8 . Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
9 . Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
