*INGREDIENTS:
°Low fat graham crackers
°8 oz. fat-free cream cheese (softened)
°1 cup cold skim milk
°2 tbsp. lemon juice
°1 small box vanilla instant pudding (sugar free)
°8 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip
°1 box light cherry pie filling (or any flavor)
*DIRECTIONS:
Line bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers. Beat cream cheese to smooth. Adding milk & lemon juice to cream cheese & beat to smooth. Stir in pudding mix, then stir in Cool Whip.
Spreading half of cream cheese mix on graham crackers. Repeat with layer graham crackers and cream cheese mix. Spreading pie filling on top. Refrigerate overnight to soften graham crackers. Enjoy !!!
